For 2027, we anticipate pick up to be around the last week of March or first week of April but this is dependent on weather patterns in February and March and when the bees will be ready for pickup. Each package of bees includes: $130 1 Italian mated queen bee in a cage Roughly 10,000 worker bees equaling about 3 lbs of worker bees A temporary sugar syrup can used for transporting the bees from their home apiary to your apiary A screened box for keeping the bees inside during transport Package bees are reserved for members of the club; if you are not a member, that’s no problem, just join and you can order packages.
